Boat Specialists was founded by Don Potts in 1976. Don passed away in 2004 and his son and daughter (Jared and Jenna Potts) have since grown the business into a 30,000-square-foot full-service dealership. The dealership moved from its long-standing location off Harbor Blvd to 2900 Golf Course Drive, Ventura CA 93003 in April 2013.
